The Ramada Plaza Green Bay has eight conference rooms totaling 7,000 square feet of banquet space. DISCOVERY HALL
Discovery Hall is Ramada Plaza Hotel’s most versatile space for weddings, conventions and other events. The room is equipped with airwalls to separate into three smaller rooms (Joliet, Marquette, and Beaumont) to accommodate a variety of setups for the number of guests and type of seating required. The hall features a permanent dance floor, built-in bar, sound system, and equipment to provide for your groups’ specific needs.
ELLINGTON ROOM
Perfect for a variety of functions, with exterior windows and French doors.
GERSHWIN ROOM
Can be divided into Gershwin I or II and is located near Big D’s Bar & Grill, the hotel’s full-service restaurant – perfect for meal functions or breakouts A beautiful pre-function space, adjacent to Discovery Hall, is ideal for registration or pre-meeting festivities. A coatroom is located off the pre-function area.
ARMSTRONG ROOM
Seats up to 12 people conference style, and is perfect for small board meetings and brainstorming sessions.
